PBIS is for all staff and students! In Gainesville City School System, we feel it is so important to recognize and encourage positive behavior in all students. We focus on rewarding positive behavior, and teaching expectations for procedures all year long. 

    PBIS is also meant to encourage and uplift staff members by positively recognizing success! During the fall, the teachers gave "shout outs" to fellow classmates to show sweet encouragement!
